Data we process

ReachCue processes the X account data you authorize, your profile and original posts, post and follower metrics, scheduled content, product context you provide, and operational account data. We do not sell personal data.

How data is used

We use this data to discover relevant trends, build your editable voice profile, generate drafts, publish approved content, measure performance, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

AI providers

Selected niche context and content instructions may be sent to xAI to perform trend discovery and generate drafts. Provider-side response storage is disabled where supported. Secrets, OAuth tokens, and private operational logs are never included in prompts.

Security and retention

X tokens are encrypted at rest with versioned keys. Media is private and image metadata is removed. Sessions use opaque hashed tokens. Metrics are retained so you can compare performance over time; operational logs avoid content and credentials.

Your choices

You may disconnect X, export your data, or request deletion. An expired account remains accessible for export and deletion even when publishing is disabled.
