The service

ReachCue provides trend analysis, writing assistance, scheduling, publishing, engagement suggestions, and analytics for one connected X account per subscription. Generated content is a starting point and always requires your review.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for content you publish, compliance with X rules and applicable law, the accuracy of your claims, and keeping your account secure. Do not use the service for spam, manipulation, harassment, impersonation, or unlawful automated engagement.

Plans and limits

Monthly post-part and AI-action limits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Daily engagement and manual-radar limits reset daily. We warn at approximately 80% and stop additional metered actions at the limit; there are no automatic overages.

Trials and payment

Paid beta plans begin with a seven-day, card-required trial. Failed payments receive a three-day grace period before write actions and queued publishing are paused. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Availability

X and xAI are third-party services. Their outages, access restrictions, policy changes, and rate limits can affect ReachCue. We design retries and reconciliation to reduce duplicate or missed publishing but cannot promise uninterrupted operation.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that create platform risk or violate these terms. Data export and deletion remain available after plan expiry.
